Doors (Interior & Exterior)
I install, repair, replicate, and restore of all types of interior, passage, portals, pocket, sliding barn, offset hinged, hidden hinged, pantry and kitchen to dining room swinging pivot hinged, all locks available upon request with all finishes, existing locks possibly restored upon request.
Windows
I specialize in restoration of older style double-hung wooden sash, wooden framed, restore sash or replace parts if necessary, stiles, rails, stop beads, parting beads, and coils or other connection to sash and weights all considered, all frame components including weights and chains, or cord with pulleys, restore of replace or make new casement moldings.
Wood Work Interiors
I repair baseboards, trim on all doors and window casements, plinths, restored and finished, replicated to match, changed upon request.
Custom Made Millwork
Custom millwork includes: bookcases, cabinets, closets, built in furniture along the line of banquettes etc., kitchens, bathroom custom medicine cabinets, bureaus with file drawers and regular home use drawers. If you need something different, please ask.
Site Supervisor
I offer services as client representative, site supervisor for complete home renovations and will provide some of the custom items; including specific restoration/replica replacement work and supervise while working alongside other managers and GCs.
Custom Sketches
I will work with my customer in assisting in design upon agreement for work only, (no free complex drawings, simple sketches if necessary are okay).
